1. Who you're buying from

Mr Chong'z is a private members' association based in Tenerife, Spain, [legal entity name — owner to confirm], with registered address in Adeje, Tenerife, Spain [full address — owner to confirm], Spanish tax number [NIF — owner to confirm]. This page forms a distance contract under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, transposed in Spain by the Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (TRLGDCU).

2. What you're buying

You are buying a one-of-one (edition of one) digital collectible — the Member Idol — issued exclusively to members of Mr Chong'z, together with registration in our members' list as the private with-visit-card record that the association uses to admit members at the door. It is one purchase with a single price.

This is not a ticket, not a service of supply, and not an offer of or entitlement to admission. Entry to the private premises is decided in person at the door, in accordance with the house rules, never guaranteed by purchase. The collectible is a digital item; in Spain, digital content supplied electronically is treated as a digital good for consumer-law purposes.

Club access runs for 12 months from purchase. Purchase records are kept in our secure order register; your membership is personal to you and may not be transferred or sold.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We are a private members' association in Spain; you remain responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you use this website and where you present yourself.

3. Price and payment

The total price is €15, shown with and including all applicable taxes (including, where it applies, the Canary Islands IGIC indirect tax). There are no booking fees, delivery charges or hidden costs. Payment is processed by Stripe on its PCI DSS-compliant pages; card details are handled by Stripe and never by us. A transaction will appear on your statement from our registered Stripe name.

4. Digital delivery and what you may do with it

Your Member Idol is delivered immediately to your email address in digital form once payment is confirmed: a member pass with your serial number and a digital record of the collectible. Delivery to the email address you enter at checkout is your responsibility; take care it is correct, as we can deliver only to the address you supplied.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to display and keep your one-of-one Member Idol for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment, in accordance with this agreement. All rights in the artwork, brand, wordmark, website and trade names remain with Mr Chong'z. You may not use the collectible in any way that competes with, impersonates or reproduces the brand, or for any commercial purpose.

5. Withdrawal right and the 14-day money-back guarantee

Under consumer law you normally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason (the right of withdrawal). Because what you buy is digital content supplied electronically, that statutory right ends as soon as you give your express consent to receive the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal — which is exactly what happens when you complete this purchase.

In its place we offer a voluntary guarantee that is at least as generous administratively: if you are not satisfied, contact mrchongz420official@gmail.com (subject "Money-back guarantee") within 14 calendar days of purchase with your order serial number, and we will refund the full €15 to your original payment method as soon as your request is confirmed. No exclusion applies, this guarantee does not limit any consumer right you may otherwise have, and it runs in parallel to — never instead of — your legal protections.

6. Model withdrawal form

To Mr Chong'z, [address — owner to confirm], mrchongz420official@gmail.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the Member Idol / membership ordered on [date] and bearing order serial [serial]. Name, address, signature (only if sent on paper), date.

We will refund using the same means of payment you used, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving your request.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

The digital collectible and pass are provided to a good standard and match what is described here and on the product page. Spanish law gives you a legal guarantee for 2 years from purchase if anything fails to match the description or displays to you as described. Nothing in this agreement removes or limits your statutory rights.

8. Our commitments and your behaviour

We confirm availability honestly: the €15 price covers exactly what is described, and nothing ships or charges before it is ready. We will honour the promise at the door consistently with the house rules and the association's internal regulations.

You agree to provide accurate details at checkout, to use the pass and serial honestly, not to attempt to interfere with the website or Stripe, and not to present as anything other than yourself. We may refuse or reverse a purchase suspected of fraud, abuse or breaching these terms.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, our total liability under or in connection with this contract is limited to the amount you paid.

10. Disputes and applicable law

This contract is governed by Spanish law and the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence continue to apply to you. Courts in Spain have jurisdiction; as a consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts of your home country.

EU consumers can lodge a dispute through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Privacy complaints may be taken to the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD).

We may update these terms as law or practices change; material changes are flagged on this page and the "last updated" date below stays current.
